• Representing clients before the Congolese courts and tribunals in civil and commercial disputes, such as contractual disputes, debt recovery disputes, and tort liability disputes;

• Representing clients before administrative tribunals to challenge decisions of administrative authorities, regulations or public policies;

• Conducting investigations, legal research and drafting submissions to support international law firms on questions of local law in international arbitration proceedings;

• Representing clients in arbitration proceedings, whether before institutional or ad hoc arbitral tribunals, to resolve commercial and investment disputes;

• Assisting with mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution to reach negotiated solutions outside of the courts;

• Advising on the enforcement of court judgments and arbitral awards at the national and international level.
